    Beautiful 3 bedroom flat situated in the front line complex of Playa Real, in Marbella.

    Perfectly decorated, with huge communal areas, swimming pools and gardens.
    The beach is accessed through the gardens, just 50 metres away.


    The flat is a ground floor flat, very well decorated, one of the few that have direct access to the swimming pool.
    West facing.
    In the pool area there is a bar-restaurant, with a very Mediterranean menu that can be enjoyed in high season.
    The area is spectacular, with an infinity of chiringuitos (beach bars) just a few minutes walk away, to enjoy all the holidays. A huge variety of food concentrated in one of the best areas of Marbella.
    Nikki Beach is a 700 metre walk along the beach.
    The Playa Real complex also has a heated swimming pool which can be enjoyed all year round.
    PARKING: There is a private and open parking for all the neighbours, but there is no assigned parking space, you can only park inside the complex if there is a parking space available.
    Security: The Playa Real complex also has 24 hour security.

    You will have access to every corner of the house, during the time you are at home, you will be able to make full use of it and its equipment.
